6 types of the reports are available:

Summary report

Summary report (the Reports section )provides you with all the information you need to understand how well your email campaigns are performing.

To choose what parameters should be displayed on the diagram, click on the gear button.

  • Sends – sent messages
  • Delivs – delivered messages
  • Opens – opened messages
  • U Opens – unique opens
  • Clicks – clicks in a message
  • U Clicks – unique clicks in a message
  • Confirms – signups
  • Unsubs – unsubscribes
  • Reads – read messages
  • Compl. – complaints
  • H. Bounces – HardBounces
  • S. Bounces – SoftBounces
  • Suppress – blacklisted email addresses and domains

Report controls:

1. Date range - choose the date or the period.

2. Object type - choose the object (campaign, message, segment, etc.) you need the statistics on.

3. Object name.

4. Grouping - is available for the certain objects.

5. Download report.

Cohort report

Cohort report (the Reports section) is used for the cohort analysis based on the subscribers behavior.

Reports controls:

1. Date range - choose a period of time to build a report.

2. List table - choose a list.

3. Cohort type - weekly or monthly subscriptions.

4. Scale - daily, weekly or monthly accumulated.

5. Value:

  • uClicks - Unique clicks
  • uOpens - Unique opens
  • CTR - Click-through rate
  • OR - Open rate
  • Clicks/Sends - sends-to-clicks rate

6. Download a report.

7. Selected cohorts - the list of cohorts to add on the chart.

8. Table - converts data from the chart into a table.


Этот отчёт показывает среднее время жизни подписчика в когорте. (Подписчик считается живым пока кликает на ссылки в письмах).

Столбики на графике обозначают когорты подписчиков. Высота столбика показывает среднюю длительность жизни подписчика в этой когорте.

Подсчёт времени происходит с учётом количества активных подписчиков, за каждый день.

  1. В когорте выбирается максимальное количество кликов за день.
  2. Затем клики за каждый день в отчётном периоде делятся на это число. Таким образом учитывается вес кадого дня в общей сумме.
  3. Сумма результатов деления - это время жизни когорты подписчиков (в днях).
  4. Если количество кликов за какой-то день < 5% от максимума, то он не попадает в сумму.

Клетки таблицы показывают активность подписчиков когорты относительно максимальной в этой когорте.

About a cohort analysis

Cohort – is a group of subscribers signed up for a List in a certain time range.

How do I use cohort data?

Cohort analysis allows to divide subscribers into groups and track their behavior basing on such metrics as: the number of clicks in the message, sends-to-clicks rate.

Exploring the cohort allows to:

- consider the efficiency of your short-term marketing programs.

- track changes and effectiveness of subscribers groups

and a lot more.

A cohort analysis example

1. Let’s consider the date range from October 4, 2015 to October 17, 2015.

2. If this range is divided into weekly cohort repots, there will be 2 cohorts.

3. Subscribers, signed up from Oct 4 to Oct 10, will be included to the 1st cohort.

4. Others(signed up from Oct 11 to Oct 17) will be included to the 2nd one.

5. Each cohorts is associated with a separate line of the chart.

The calculation example:

1. 300 messages were sent on Oct 20.

2. 100 messages were delivered to the 1st group (cohort) and 200 messages - to the 2nd.

3. 90 subscribers from the 1st group (cohort) and 150 subscribers from the 2nd one opened the messages.

4. Thus the 1st group (cohort) index is:

5. 90 / 100 = 90.0%

6. And the 2nd group (cohort) index is:

7. 150 / 200 = 75.0%

Thus a user can see which cohort is the most active. This helps to compare the subscribers behavior changes and allows to calculate the subscribers lifetime value.


Clickmap allows to see which parts of the message are getting the most attention, and which parts are being ignored.

The Clickmap menu structure consists of the following components:

  1. Message box

  2. Message version box - when the message is changed, its new version will be added to the report.

  3. Download report


Hardbounce - is an email that couldn’t be delivered for permanent reasons.

Softbounce - is an email that couldn’t be delivered because of temporary reasons.

All bounces are recorded in the report.
